Group study rooms are located throughout the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of RIT Library. These rooms are intended for group use only (2 or more people -- rooms are arranged below by capacity). You can reserve a group study room online by clicking on the room numbers below or in person at the Circulation Desk. The following guidelines apply to all room bookings.

• Rooms are available all hours that the entire library is open.
• To book a room you must indicate your name and email address so that the Library can contact you in the case that your reservation cannot be honored.
• The rooms may be booked for a maximum of three hours and for a maximum of two consecutive weeks at a time.
• If you do not arrive within fifteen minutes of your scheduled time, you will forfeit the room.
